车辙是车辆长时间在公路上行驶引起的路面永久性变形,是高等级公路路面病害的最主要形式,对行车安全影响巨大。传统的人工检测车辙的方法不仅耗费人力,同时严重影响交通,已不能满足高速公路发展的要求。文章提出了一种新的基于结构光的路面车辙自动检测系统。该系统首先以红外激光线扫描路面,并利用千兆网络摄像机进行拍摄。然后将拍摄的图片进行离线数字图像处理以获得车辙曲线,最终与标定值相比较形成路面车辙数据,测试结果令人满意。
Rutting is the permanent deformation of pavement caused by long-time driving on the highway. It is the most important form of pavement disease on high-grade highway, which has a great impact on traffic safety. The traditional manual testing of rutting method not only consumes manpower, but also seriously affects the traffic, can no longer meet the requirements of highway development. This paper presents a new automatic road surface detection system based on structured light. The system first infrared laser line scanning the road, and the use of Gigabit network camera for shooting. Then the pictures taken offline digital image processing to get the rutting curve, and finally compared with the calibration value to form the road rut data, the test results are satisfactory.
