随着现代企业制度的形成,越来越多的国有企业转型,私营、民营等非公有制企业比例飚升。企业管理中的重头戏之一:对人的管理的概念有了根本性的改变,人力由过去的成本概念转变为一种重要资源,且越来越被企业重视。激励作为开发和管理人力资源的方法已经被越来越多的企业关注。文中就有关激励的一般性问题做了阐述,总结了企业中常用的激励方法及重要性。
With the formation of a modern enterprise system, more and more state-owned enterprises have been transformed, and the proportion of non-public-owned enterprises such as the private sector and private sector has soared.
