目的了解重庆市人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染孕产妇分娩婴儿的生长发育情况。方法针对在2013年1月-2014年12月重庆市管理的112名艾滋病感染孕产妇分娩婴儿在1、3、6、9、12个月开展生长发育监测,记录并分析婴儿生长发育情况,与正常产妇所生婴儿的生长发育情况进行比较。结果艾滋病感染孕产妇分娩婴儿112例,其生长发育指标与正常产妇所生婴儿相比,其差别无统计学意义,9、12月龄时身长指数高于世界卫生组织2006年颁布的标准。结论艾滋病感染孕产妇所生婴儿生长发育情况不低于正常产妇所生婴儿水平,也不低于WHO的平均标准。
Objective To understand the growth and development of infants born to pregnant women with HIV in Chongqing. Methods A total of 112 HIV-infected pregnant women born in Chongqing from January 2013 to December 2014 were monitored for growth and development at 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. The growth and development of infants was recorded and analyzed. The growth of normal mothers born babies were compared. Results 112 cases of AIDS-infected pregnant women gave birth to infants, whose growth and development index compared with normal-born infants, the difference was not statistically significant, the body length index at 9 and 12 months was higher than the WHO standard promulgated in 2006. Conclusion The growth of infants born to pregnant women with HIV infection is not lower than that of normal maternal births nor is it lower than the WHO standard.
