滨水地区产业园区是城市特定的功能区之一,有其自身特点,必须综合使用滨水地区和产业园的城市设计方法才能解决其面临的问题。笔者梳理了滨水地区的概念、特征及该区域城市设计的原则,提出滨水地区产业园区城市设计的方法,即产业策划和空间设计要同步展开,互相校核,以减少决策成本;用地性质要有兼容性,建筑空间组合应可分可合,以应对灵活多变的市场环境;要做好水文章,以营造具有生机活力、富有地方特色的园区。
Waterfront Industrial Park is one of the city’s specific functional areas, with its own characteristics, must be integrated waterfront and industrial park urban design methods to solve its problems. The author combs the concept and characteristics of the waterfront area and the principles of urban design in this area and puts forward the method of urban design in the waterfront industrial park. That is to say, industrial planning and space design should be started simultaneously and checked with each other so as to reduce the cost of decision-making. To be compatible, the combination of building space should be separable and co-ordinated in order to cope with the flexible and changing market environment. Water articles should be made well in order to create a park with vitality and rich local features.
