患者,女,74岁。因服舒乐安定30mg及复方罗布麻片100片,昏迷3时余入院。原患高血压病及脑血栓后遗症。查体T35℃、P72次/min、BP12/7kPa。神志不清,流涎,口腔可见少许白色药末残渣,面色苍白,左侧面瘫,皮肤、巩膜无黄染,无出血点。双瞳孔缩小如针尖大小,对光反应消失。颈软,心率72次/min,律齐,心尖部可闻Ⅱ级收缩期杂音,心界正常。肺部闻及少许干罗音。腹平软,肝脾未及,肠鸣音亢进,四肢腱反射减退、未引出病理征。实验室检查:Hb85g/L,WBC9.2×10~9/L,N70％、L30％。尿常规正常。血K~+、Na~+正常。CO_2CP42v％,BUN9.5mml/L。ECG:左心室肥厚。入院后即予温清水洗胃,10％GNS500ml及5％
