观察了乌鳢精子在ｐＨ５．０２－１０．８８的缓冲液中的快速运动时间和寿命。结果表明：ｐＨ７．５左右，乌鳢精子的快速运动时间和寿命最长，分别达９８．５４秒和２１５．２４秒。ｐＨ低于５．５时，精子活动受到抑制。
The time and life span of the sperm in the buffer of pH5.02-10.88 were observed. The results showed that at pH7.5, the fastest time and longevity of black spermatozoa were 98.54 seconds and 215.24 seconds, respectively. Sperm activity is inhibited at pH below 5.5.
