建立了考虑管道内压、温度、管容、试压介质的特性以及管道弹性变形等因素对长输管道严密性试压稳压时间影响的数学模型。利用该模型对某管道进行计算,结果表明:相同压降时,管容越大所需稳压时间越长;同一管容,管道内压越高,所需稳压时间越长。基于本模型可为长输管道严密性试压确定合理稳压时间。
A mathematical model was established to consider the influence of pipeline internal pressure, temperature, pipe volume, pressure test medium and pipe elastic deformation on the time of tight test pressure regulation of long distance pipeline. The model is used to calculate a pipeline. The results show that: when the same pressure drop, the larger the tube capacity, the longer the regulation time; the same tube capacity, the higher the pipeline pressure, the longer the required voltage regulation. Based on this model, the reasonable pressure regulation time can be determined for the tightness test of long distance pipeline.
