目的：旨在探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中医辨证分型与垂体－肾上腺轴激素的关系。方法：对５５ 例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者体内的ＡＣＴＨ及ＣＯＲ变化进行了观察。结果：阴虚热盛型ＡＣＴＨ及ＣＯＲ水平最高，气阴 两虚型次之，阴阳两虚型最低。结论：三种不同证型之间进行比较均有明显差异。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation and pituitary - adrenal axis hormones in type Ⅱ diabetic patients. Methods: The changes of ACTH and COR in 55 type Ⅱ diabetic patients were observed. Results: The ACTH and COR levels of yin deficiency and heat were highest, followed by deficiency of both qi and yin, yin and yang were the lowest. Conclusion: There are significant differences among the three different syndromes.
