在房价日益高涨并且居高不下的形势下,“小产权房”已渐成为除商品房、廉租房、经济适用房等外的另一种城市房屋供应类型。小产权房问题越发引人关注,正饱含着能够窥探中国社会未来土地政策的重要意义。本文以成都为出发点对小产权房进行理论分析并提出了一些政策建议,以期能合理解决各方利益平衡。
In the situation of rising house prices and high prices, “small property room ” has become another type of urban housing supply other than commercial housing, low-cost housing, affordable housing and so on. The issue of small property houses attracts more and more attention and is full of the importance of being able to look into the future land policies of Chinese society. This article takes Chengdu as the starting point to carry on the theoretical analysis to the small property room and puts forward some policy proposals, in order to reasonably solve the balance of interests of all parties.
