To determine the inheritance of important traits from parents and their important variability, the first generation of “Rose Joe” × “Datties de Bey-touth” was genetically analyzed. We study the quality and quantity of certain features and analyze their distribution. All offspring are monoecious. Peel color and rose scent were 1: 1. Such as the yield per unit area, ear weight, fruit weight, sugar content, total acid most of these quantitative characteristics of their offspring compared with the parent is in the middle type. The genetic predominance of anthocyanin in fruit is dominant, while the progeny have the highest polyphenol content. To assess the heritability of the most important trait of these cultivars, and calculate their significant variability, a first generation crosses of “Rosemary” × “Pattier de Beyrouth” were conducted.
