企业管理是企业发展的重要助推力,只有做好企业管理,企业才能够不断发展。而在这其中,薪酬管理又是企业管理中非常重要的一方面,也直接关系着企业员工的积极性。在当前的煤炭勘探行业中来看,薪酬管理仍然是我们必须要重视的管理方面。本文就当前煤炭勘探行业薪酬管理中存在的问题和建议进行了探究。
Enterprise management is an important boost for the development of an enterprise. Only by doing well in enterprise management can an enterprise continuously develop. In the current coal exploration industry, pay management is still the management aspect that we must pay attention to.
