机械制造业是古老的工业,在近几十年来随着计算机、加工自动化、自动控制等高科技技术渗入,赋予了新的活力。现代制造业为了适应市场激烈竞争的需要:要求能快速、多变、高效地生产出大量产品,要求不断更新原有的制造装备,为了缩短更新、扩大生产等要求,要求机床工业已不是简单地提供单台、零量的设备,而是配套成龙拿来就能用的制造系统,投产时间短、生产率高、劳动强度低、柔性大、加工质量高的现代制造系统。现代制造系统是投资庞大、硬件软件众多,包含多种技术的系统,因此选择系统是一项复杂的工作,技术覆盖面大,牵涉许多综合问题,处理要求也高,使用单位和制造单位在处理这些问题时常会遇到一些困难和遗漏一些问题。为了解决这问题,近年来随着柔性制造技术发展,一些有丰富经验的制造厂和研究单位已编制、提供一些工具性手册作为选择参考使用(如美国德雷珀研究所编的“柔性制造系统手册”、日本机械学会编制的“FMS 评价方法和实例”等参考手册)。我国目前柔性制造技术的发展和相应配套装备的技术水平还远未达到提供选择手册的水平,现将这几年来我们所做的一些工作,总结汇编成本参考资料。

At present, the development of flexible manufacturing technology in our country and the technical level of the corresponding ancillary equipment are far from achieving the level of selection manuals. Now we will do some work in the past few years and summarize the compilation cost reference materials.
