经营好一家企业十分不易。27岁时,在朋友的援助下,我创办了京瓷公司。之前,我曾在松峰工业工作过一段时间,负责从产品的研发、生产到销售等一系列工作。但就公司经营而言,我没有任何经验和知识。因此,在京瓷成立之初,准备工作该如何进行,我一无所知。从创业后的第一个月开始,虽然只有28名员工,但为了向他们支付工资、奖金,资金的周转应该如何运作,我也摸不着头脑。产品唯一的客户是松下电子工业,我忙于去交货,忙于收取货款……作为经营者,我对此烦恼不已。

The only customer of the product is the Panasonic electronics industry. I am busy with delivery and are busy collecting payment... As an operator, I am troubled by this.
