目的探讨规范治疗不同类型儿童弱视的治疗效果。方法对91例(136眼)弱视患儿进行戴镜,遮盖治疗,多功能弱视治疗仪治疗及精细目力训练等一系列规范治疗,观察治疗效果及其相关因素。结果在91例弱视儿童中,轻度弱视总有效率96.8%,中度弱视总有效率87.5%,重度弱视总有效率73.1%。屈光不正性弱视总有效率96.4%,斜视性弱视总有效率77.8%,屈光参差性弱视总有效率80.8%。结论在特定时期内(即儿童视觉发育的可塑阶段)以及家长的积极主动配合下,给予及时、有效的规范治疗是成功治疗不同类型儿童弱视的关键。
Objective To investigate the treatment effects of standard treatment on amblyopia in children of different types. Methods 91 cases (136 eyes) with amblyopia were wearing glasses, covering therapy, treatment of multi-functional amblyopia and meticulous eyesight training and a series of standardized treatment to observe the therapeutic effect and its related factors. Results In 91 cases of amblyopia children, mild total amblyopia was 96.8%, moderate amblyopia total effective 87.5%, severe amblyopia total effective 73.1%. Refractive amblyopia total effective rate of 96.4%, strabismic amblyopia total effective rate of 77.8%, anisometropic amblyopia total effective rate of 80.8%. Conclusion The timely and effective standard treatment is the key to the successful treatment of amblyopia of different types of children in a specific period (that is, the plastic phase of visual development of children) and the active cooperation of parents.
