利用铬(Ⅲ)与5-Br-PADAP的显色反应测定微量铬已有报道。本文发现,在一氯乙酸存在下,铬(Ⅲ)与5-Br-PADAP的配合物在pH3—5,5时,有一灵敏的极谱波峰。波形稳定、正常。使用JP-2型示波极谱仪二次导数测定,测定下限可达1×10~(-8)gCr/ml。测定了环境水中的总铬含量,结果良好。实验部份 (一)仪器与试剂 1.仪器:JP-2型示波极谱仪。甘汞电极为参比。阴极化二次导数扫描。
The determination of trace chromium by the chromogenic reaction of chromium (Ⅲ) with 5-Br-PADAP has been reported. In this paper, we found that in the presence of monochloroacetic acid, the complex of chromium (Ⅲ) with 5-Br-PADAP has a sensitive polarographic peak at pH 3-5. The waveform is stable and normal. Using JP-2 oscilloscope polarographic determination of the second derivative, the determination limit of up to 1 × 10 ~ (-8) gCr / ml. The total chromium content in ambient water was determined and the results were good. Experimental part (a) instruments and reagents 1 instrument: JP-2 oscilloscope polarography.
