铁饼项目是以投得远为目的的一项运动。同时,它又属于力量型的项目,当成绩达到一定水平时,力量对专项成绩的影响就更为突出了。因此,对于青少年铁饼运动员的专项训练,要遵循青少年的身体发展规律,在基础训练阶段应加强肌肉力量和弹性以及动作的爆发力的训练。笔者在多年的中学生业余训练中运用杠铃片作为辅助训练的一种手段,取得了较为明显的效果。现将一些练习方法介绍如下:

In the basic training phase, we should strengthen the training of muscle strength and flexibility as well as the explosiveness of the action. The author in many years of amateur training of secondary school students using barbell as a means of auxiliary training, and achieved more obvious results. Now some practice methods are described below:
