目的采用HPLC法测定不同产地新疆圆柏中的槲皮苷。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex ODS-A(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.036 mol·L-1磷酸,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长266 nm。结果槲皮苷2.2~88.0μg·m L-1与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),加样回收率为101.38%,RSD=1.61%(n=6);样品溶液在32 h内稳定。结论所用方法操作简便、重复性好,可用于新疆圆柏药材的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of quercitrin in Sabina vulgaris from different habitats by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column was Phenomenex ODS-A (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.036 mol·L-1 phosphoric acid with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 m L · min-1. Wavelength 266 nm. Results The linear relationship between peak area and concentration of quercetin 2.2 ~ 88.0μg · m-1 was good (r = 0.9999), the recoveries were 101.38% and RSD = 1.61% (n = 6) stable. Conclusion The method is simple, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Sabina przewalskii in Xinjiang.
