川崎钢铁公司开发出具有优良的冲压成型性、焊接性和表面质量的汽车用热镀锌钢板 (GI钢板 )。在冲压成型性方面 ,由于钢板表面粗糙度的最佳化和使用高润滑防锈油 ,使钢板的滑动性得到改善。在焊接性方面 ,由于镀层和原板的优化使焊接电极的寿命得到提高。为了提高钢板的表面质量 ,在工艺上采取了优化摩擦条件 ,防止锌流波痕的产生 ;采用 GI专用浸镀条件 ,防止麻点产生 ;控制浸镀后的冷却速度 ,实现镀层小锌花。这些措施的实施 ,使 GI钢板成为优良的适用于汽车外装材料的热镀锌钢板。GI钢板已进行批量生产
Kawasaki Steel has developed a hot dip galvanized steel sheet for automotive use (GI steel) that has excellent press formability, weldability and surface quality. In the stamping formability, due to the optimization of the surface roughness of the steel sheet and the use of high-lubricity antirust oil, the sliding of the steel sheet is improved. In terms of weldability, the life of the welding electrode is improved due to the optimization of the plating and the original plate. In order to improve the surface quality of the steel, the process has taken to optimize the friction conditions to prevent the occurrence of zinc flow marks; using GI special immersion conditions to prevent the pitting produced; control the cooling rate after immersion plating to achieve the coating of small zinc flower. The implementation of these measures makes GI steel an excellent hot dip galvanized steel sheet suitable for automotive exterior materials. GI steel has been mass-produced
