目的探讨安氏Ⅱ类错不同垂直骨面型患者间Spee曲线深度的差异以及Spee曲线深度与牙颌面形态间的关系。方法随机选取101名安氏Ⅱ类错患者,按照GoGnSN角的大小将所有患者分为高角、均角、低角3组。对所有患者的模型和头颅侧位片进行测量,分析不同组间、Spee曲线深度的差异,并将头影测量项目与Spee曲线深度进行相关与回归分析。结果不同垂直骨面间Spee曲线深度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高角组最小,低角组最大;GoGn-SN角与Spee曲线深度呈负相关,r=-0.428,P=0.000;ODI、S-Go/N-Me、L7-GoGn角与Spee曲线深度呈正相关,r值分别为=0.381、0.357、0.333,P值分别为:0.000、0.000、0.001。逐步多元线性回归分析显示GoGn-SN角对Spee曲线深度产生显著影响。结论安氏Ⅱ类错不同垂直骨面型间Spee曲线深度存在差异,Spee曲线深度与牙颌面形态间存在相关性,GoGn-SN角对Spee曲线深度产生显著影响。
Objective To investigate the differences in Spee curve depth and the relationship between Spee curve depth and dento-maxillofacial morphology in patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion of different vertical skeletal types. Methods A total of 101 patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion were randomly divided into three groups: high angle, mean angle and low angle according to the size of GoGnSN angle. All patients’ models and cephalometric slices were measured. The differences in Spee curve depth between different groups were analyzed. Correlation and regression analysis between cephalometric items and Spee curve depth were performed. Results There was significant difference in the depth of Spee curve between different vertical bones (P <0.05), with the lowest in the high-angle group and the largest in the low-angle group. The GoGn-SN angle was negatively correlated with the depth of the Spee curve (r = -0.428, The ODI, S-Go / N-Me and L7-GoGn angles were positively correlated with the Spee curve depth. The r values were 0.381, 0.357 and 0.333, respectively. The P values were 0.000, 0.000, 0.001 respectively. Stepwise multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the GoGn-SN angle had a significant effect on the Spee curve depth. Conclusions There are differences in Spee curve depth between different vertical skeletal types in Class Ⅱ malocclusion. There is a correlation between the Spee curve depth and the maxillofacial morphology. The GoGn-SN angle has a significant effect on the Spee curve depth.
