为探索区域小麦籽粒质量性状空间变异特征,给小麦收贮和加工企业提供区域小麦籽粒质量信息,筛选可用于优质小麦生态区域划分的参考性状,以2008-2012年豫北地区新乡市、鹤壁市和安阳市9个县(区)27个乡镇定点采集的405份农户大田小麦样品为材料,采用GS+9.0软件分析小麦籽粒质量性状半方差函数,以ArcGis9.3软件地统计分析模块绘制研究区域小麦籽粒质量性状空间分布图。结果表明,豫北小麦籽粒蛋白质含量和面团稳定时间较高,湿面筋含量和沉淀值较低。小麦千粒重、容重空间分布呈现由东北至西南方向递减的趋势;籽粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、沉淀值和面团稳定时间呈现由东北至西南方向递增趋势。小麦千粒重、籽粒蛋白质含量、沉淀值和面团稳定时间年际间表现为强或中等程度空间相关性;容重和面粉湿面筋含量空间相关性年际间变化较大。由以上分析可知,豫北地区具有生产强筋小麦的潜在优势。新乡市的小麦籽粒质量优于鹤壁市和安阳市。面团稳定时间、千粒重和沉淀值可以作为优质强筋小麦生态区划的重要参考性状。
In order to explore the characteristics of spatial variability of regional grain quality traits, provide wheat storage and processing enterprises with regional wheat grain quality information and screen reference traits that can be used for ecological regional division of high-quality wheat. Taking Xinbei, Heibei, Heibei, And 405 farmer field samples collected from 27 villages and towns in 9 counties (districts) of Anyang City were used as materials. The semivariance function of wheat grain quality was analyzed by GS + 9.0 software, and the study area was drawn by ArcGis 9.3 software statistical analysis module Spatial Distribution of Wheat Grain Quality Traits. The results showed that grain protein content and dough stability time of wheat in the north of Henan Province were high, wet gluten content and sedimentation value were low. The spatial distribution of 1000-grain weight and bulk density tended to decrease from northeast to southwest. The grain protein content, wet gluten content, sedimentation value and dough stability time tended to increase from northeast to southwest. Wheat grain weight, grain protein content, sedimentation value and dough stability time showed strong or moderate spatial correlations during the year; the spatial correlations between bulk density and wet gluten content of flour varied significantly from year to year. It can be seen from the above analysis that there is a potential advantage of producing strong gluten wheat in northern Henan. Xinxiang City, wheat grain quality is superior to Hebi City and Anyang City. Dough stability time, 1000-grain weight and sedimentation value can be used as important reference characters for high quality gluten wheat ecological zoning.
