利用0~2kGy电子束对不同虫态的印度谷螟进行辐照处理,研究电子束辐照对卵、幼虫、蛹发育及成虫繁殖力的影响。结果表明,印度谷螟对电子束辐照的敏感性高低依次为:卵>幼虫>蛹>成虫。辐照后试虫的孵化率、化蛹率、羽化率及成虫的繁殖力均随着辐照剂量的升高而显著降低。分别经100、250和600Gy的剂量辐照的卵、幼虫、蛹不能羽化为成虫,经600 Gy剂量辐照的成虫不能产生下一代成虫。因此,600Gy剂量的电子束辐照可以作为储烟有效防治印度谷螟的参考剂量。
The effects of electron beam irradiation on egg, larval, pupal development and adult fecundity were studied by irradiation of 0 ~ 2 kGy electron beam. The results showed that the sensitivity of Indian rice stem borer to electron beam irradiation were: egg> larva> pupa> adult. The hatching rate, pupation rate, emergence rate and adult fecundity of test insects after irradiation were significantly decreased with the increase of radiation dose. Eggs, larvae and pupae irradiated by doses of 100, 250 and 600 Gy, respectively, could not emerge as adults, and adults irradiated with a dose of 600 Gy did not produce the next generation of adults. Therefore, 600Gy dose of electron beam irradiation can be used as a reference for the effective control of Indian Chilo suppressalis.
