我厂在安装由国外引进的真空冶炼设备时,发现真空泵冷却水套铸件两侧有三条总长1.56m的穿透性裂纹。我们通过一系列的试验,对裂纹成功地进行了补焊,取得了满意的效果。下面作一简单介绍。 1.母材分析 用钻削方法在地脚边上钻孔,取得母材粉末,进行分析,确定其化学成分。此外在适当部位取样,测试其硬度,测出的值为HB156。经成分分析,硬度测试及金相组织图片分析,确认该铸件材质为经过热处理的灰口铸铁。
When I installed the vacuum smelting equipment imported from abroad, I found three penetrating cracks with a total length of 1.56m on both sides of the vacuum pump water jacket casting. Through a series of experiments, we successfully repaired the cracks and achieved satisfactory results. Here’s a brief introduction. 1. Base metal analysis drilling method at the foot of the hole to obtain base metal powder for analysis to determine its chemical composition. In addition, samples were taken from the appropriate area and tested for hardness, measured as HB156. The composition analysis, hardness test and metallographic analysis of the picture to confirm the casting material is heat treated gray cast iron.
