制备 Cl_2、HCl、CO,SO_2等气体时,通常需要加热,采用常见的装置,由于在反应加热过程中,气体受热膨胀,瓶内压力较高(大于常压),使分液漏斗中的溶液难以滴加。我们改进后的装置很好地解决了这个问题。装置改进的原理是:利用导管(玻管或橡皮管),将分液漏斗上端与蒸馏烧瓶连通,构成一个简易恒压装置,使漏斗液面压力与瓶内压力相等。分液漏斗中的溶液在反应加热过程中便可顺利滴加。这里我们介绍三种连接方法:1.利用“T”型管(即三通管)连接,如图1。2.利用医用大号注射针头连接,如图2。
When preparing gases such as Cl 2 , HCl, CO, and SO 2 , heating is usually required, and common equipment is used. Since the gas is heated to expand during the reaction heating process, the pressure inside the bottle is higher (greater than normal pressure), so that the solution in the separating funnel is Difficult to add. Our improved device solves this problem very well. The principle of device improvement is to use a conduit (glass tube or rubber tube) to connect the upper end of the separating funnel and the distillation flask to form a simple constant pressure device, so that the pressure on the liquid surface of the funnel is equal to the pressure in the bottle. The solution in the separatory funnel can be added dropwise during the heating of the reaction. Here we introduce three connection methods: 1. Use “T” tube (ie, tee) connection, as shown in Figure 1. 2. Use medical large injection needle connection, as shown in Figure 2.
