This article used high performance liquid chromatography to analyze the main component of Chinese herbal honeysuckle chlorogenic acid, established an accurate and rapid analysis method. The recovery was 98.26% with a relative standard deviation of 2.21. The honeysuckle sample was analyzed by this method and the chlorogenic acid content was 2.20±0.046%
