目的:采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定了抗艾滋病中药材姜黄中铜、砷、镉、汞、铅5种元素的含量。方法:优化了ICP-MS的工作参数,以锂(6L i)、钪(45Sc)、锗(72Ge)、铟(115In)、铑(103Rh)、铼(185Re)、钍(232Th)作为内标物质。结果:该方法的校准曲线的相关系数(r)>0.999968,加标回收率为83.7%~105.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<2%。结论:所建立的方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高的优点,适合于姜黄中5种有害重金属元素的测定。同时为不同产地及不同种类的中药材中重金属含量测定提供了方法。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of copper, arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead in Chinese traditional medicine Curcuma longa by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods: The working parameters of ICP-MS were optimized and the internal standard was determined with lithium (6Li), scandium (45Sc), germanium (72Ge), indium (115In), rhodium (103Rh), rhenium (185Re) and thorium (232Th) substance. Results: The correlation coefficient (r) of the calibration curve was 0.999968. The recoveries were 83.7% -105.0% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) <2%. Conclusion: The established method has the advantages of simple, rapid, accurate, high sensitivity, suitable for the determination of five kinds of harmful heavy metals in turmeric. At the same time for different origin and different types of Chinese herbal medicines in the determination of heavy metals provides a method.
