钼产品中钨的含量要求小于0.3%(金属/金属)。钼中钨的直接光谱法测定中,可测的最高钨含量为0.03%,大于此含量的由于钨谱线的黑度值太大,测定误差很大,不能用于实际分析工作中。因此用直接光谱做含量较高的杂质和合金主成份的测定是困难的。钼中钨的化学法测定现采用硫酸、硫酸钾溶解,四苯砷氯盐酸盐发色,三氯甲烷萃取后分光光度法测定。需用试剂较多,流程较长。而用萤光X射线法测定钼中钨则无需分离。为此我们探索建立简便,准确的钼中钨的萤光X射线光谱测定方法。
Tungsten content in molybdenum products requires less than 0.3% (metal / metal). In the direct spectrophotometric determination of tungsten in molybdenum, the highest measurable tungsten content is 0.03%. If the blackness value of tungsten is too large, the measurement error is very large and can not be used in practical analysis. Therefore, the direct spectrum to do a high content of impurities and alloy main component determination is difficult. Determination of molybdenum tungsten chemical method are now used sulfuric acid, potassium sulfate dissolved, four benzene arsenic chloride hydrochloride hair color, chloroform extraction spectrophotometric determination. Need more reagents, longer process. The use of fluorescent X-ray method for the determination of molybdenum tungsten without separation. To this end, we explore the establishment of a simple and accurate method for the determination of tungsten in molybdenum by fluorescence X-ray spectrometry.
