目的 分析由各脏器分离出的柯萨奇 B3病毒(CVB3)抗原决定簇的异同 ,并探讨其与致病性的关系 .方法利用自制的 2 6种柯萨奇 B3病毒 m Ab(CVB3- Mc Ab)与心脏、肝脏、肾脏及肺脏分离出的 CVB3株进行免疫荧光分析 ,观察各分离株抗原决定簇的变化 ,并将各分离株再次注入动物体内 ,观察心、肝、肾及肺的病理改变 .结果 CVB3在不同器官的细胞中繁殖后 ,其抗原决定簇发生改变 ,CVB3- Mc Ab2 A4 ,2 B2 ,2 D3,2 D4 与肝、肺、心、肾分离株均发生反应 ;2 6种CVB3- Mc Ab中有 4种不与心脏分离株反应 ;有 15种不与肝脏分离株反应 ;有 2 1种不与肺脏分离株反应 ;有 11种不与肾脏分离株反应 .且各分离株对器官的致病程度亦有差异 .结论 CVB3各分离株抗原决定簇有差异 ;病毒抗原决定簇的不同是影响其致病性的重要因素之一
Objective To analyze the similarities and differences of the antigenic determinants of Coxsackie virus B3 (CVB3) isolated from various organs and to explore their relationship with the pathogenicity.Methods The self-made 26 Coxsackie B3 virus m Ab (CVB3- Mc Ab) and the heart, liver, kidney and lung CVB3 isolates were analyzed by immunofluorescence to observe the changes of the antigenic determinants of each isolate, and reintroduced into each animal isolates to observe the heart, liver, kidney and lung RESULTS: After CVB3 was multiplied in different organs, its antigenic determinant changed. CVB3-Mc Ab2 A4, 2 B2, 2 D3 and 2 D4 reacted with liver, lung, heart and kidney isolates. 2 Four of the six CVB3-Mc Ab did not react with the heart isolate; 15 did not react with the liver isolate; 21 did not react with the lung isolate; 11 did not react with the kidney isolates and each The pathogenicity of the isolates to organs was also different.Conclusion There are differences in the antigenic determinants of the isolates of CVB3, and the differences of viral antigenic determinants are one of the important factors that affect the pathogenicity of the isolates
