通过单因素试验考察了主要工艺参数R(醇油比)、C(催化剂浓度)、T(反应温度)、t(反应时间)对生物柴油得率的影响。正交试验的结果表明,影响生物柴油得率的主次因素为R>C>T>t,上述4个工艺参数的最优组合为R=6:1、C=1.0%、T=60℃、t=40min,最高生物柴油得率为96.2%。生物柴油的实测密度、黏度、酸值分别为0.85g/mm3、3.70cst、0.33(KOH)/(mg/g),与车用柴油中国国家标准以及生物柴油欧洲标准的规定值相近。
The effects of main process parameters R (alcohol to oil ratio), C (catalyst concentration), T (reaction temperature) and t (reaction time) on the yield of biodiesel were investigated by single factor test. The results of orthogonal test showed that the primary and secondary factors influencing the yield of biodiesel were R> C> T> t. The optimal combinations of the above four parameters were R = 6: 1, C = 1.0%, T = 60 ℃ , T = 40min, the highest biodiesel yield was 96.2%. The measured density, viscosity and acid value of biodiesel were 0.85g / mm3, 3.70cst and 0.33 (KOH) / (mg / g), respectively, which were close to those of Chinese national standard for car diesel and the European standard for biodiesel.
