对金属-salen配合体抗癌作用的相关文献进行检索、整理、归纳,以探究金属-salen配合体抗癌作用及其可能的机制。结果发现金属-salen配合体能显著抑制肿瘤细胞生长;且可通过线粒体途径诱导凋亡,主要是诱导Caspase-3/7活化,将细胞色素C由线粒体内膜释放至胞质。目前对金属-salen配合体抑癌作用具体分子机制也取得很多进展,包括可抑制Wnt-1的表达,促进Rassf1a和TGF-β的表达;与DNA相互作用;另外其抗癌活性可能与氧自由基有关。因此金属-salen配合体可能通过多种途径实现其抗癌作用的,在未来肿瘤治疗中可能发挥重要作用。
Metal-cyclin ligand anticancer effect of the relevant literature retrieval, collation and induction to explore the metal-cyclin ligand anticancer effect and its possible mechanism. The results showed that the metal-salen complex could significantly inhibit the growth of tumor cells and induce apoptosis through the mitochondrial pathway, which mainly induced the activation of Caspase-3/7 and released cytochrome C from the mitochondrial inner membrane to the cytoplasm. The current molecular mechanism of metal-salen complex also made a number of molecular mechanisms of tumor suppressor, including the inhibition of Wnt-1 expression, promote the expression of Rassf1a and TGF-β; interact with DNA; the other its anticancer activity may be associated with oxygen free Base related. Therefore, the metal-cyclin ligand may achieve its anti-cancer effect through a variety of ways and may play an important role in future cancer treatment.
