采用ALGOR有限元软件，进行冷轧薄板压平缝焊三维动态非线性温度场的计算分析．考察了线能量对焊接温度场的影响．分析了线能量与熔核尺寸及焊缝表面温度间的关系．为焊接工艺参数的制定、焊缝质量的在线监测提供了依据．
Using ALGOR finite element software, the calculation and analysis of three-dimensional dynamic nonlinear temperature field of cold-rolled sheet are carried out. The effect of line energy on the temperature field of welding was investigated. The relationship between line energy and nugget size and weld surface temperature was analyzed. For the welding process parameters, weld quality online monitoring provides a basis.
