本文探讨了锰中毒狗脑脊液儿茶酚胺和5-羟色胺类神经递质代谢产物的变化。将动物随机分成4组,每组4支。以三组动物分别以(5mg/kg),10mg/kg和25mg/kg以锰计的MnCl_2溶液,经静脉注入染毒,对照组静脉注入生理盐水(5mg/kg)。每周染毒一次,共15周。 结果可以看出,上述神经递质的代谢产物(HVA、MHPG和5-HIAA),10mg/kg和25mg/kg组非常显著的低于对照组,也显著的低于5mg/kg组。5mg/kg组的MHPG和5-HIAA显著的低于对照组,但HVA同对照组的差异不明显。而10mg/kg和25mg/kg组的三项指标基本一致。
This article explored the changes of catecholamine and serotonin neurotransmitter metabolites in cerebrospinal fluid of manganese poisoning dogs. The animals were randomly divided into 4 groups of 4. Three groups of animals were treated with (5mg / kg), 10mg / kg and 25mg / kg MnCl 2 in Mn. The rats in the control group were injected with normal saline (5mg / kg) intravenously.
