吉林大学法学院何鹏教授以九十三岁高龄去世,噩耗传来,刑法学界同仁为之悲哀。何鹏教授是新中国刑法学的创始人之一,尤其是为我国外国刑法学的研究做出了开创性的工作。何鹏教授不仅对我国刑法的学术发展具有筚路蓝缕的开拓之功,而且在人品上颇具古代隐士的高洁浩然之风,是我辈学人的榜样。随着我国刑法的知识转型,所谓中国刑法学与外国刑法学的界限已经打破,中外 Professor He Peng of Law School of Jilin University passed away with a 93-year-old senior who was saddened by colleagues from the criminal law academic circle.
