采用单因素实验方法,以X射线衍射仪(XRD)为检测手段,对不同固化工艺条件下的木材苯酚液化物碳纤维原丝结晶取向度进行测定及分析。结果表明:(1)升温速率和固化温度分别增加时,原丝结晶取向度均出现先增加后减少的现象,但稳定化时间和盐酸浓度与原丝取向度的数值大小基本成正向关系;(2)在不同固化条件下,原丝取向度的总体变化范围为56.27%~65.13%。
The single crystal structure of wood liquefied carbon fiber precursor under different curing conditions was determined and analyzed by XRD. The results show that: (1) When the heating rate and the curing temperature increase respectively, the crystallographic orientation degree of the raw silk first increases and then decreases, but the stabilization time and the concentration of hydrochloric acid basically have a positive relationship with the numerical value of the original orientation degree; 2) Under different curing conditions, the overall degree of orientation of the original filaments ranged from 56.27% to 65.13%.
