本文探讨了铁塔钢结构工程的检测项目与检测方法,首先,通过对某铁塔工程的倾斜率、尺寸、涂层厚度、连接质量等各项参数的现场检测,并结合环境激励的方法对铁塔工程进行动力特性测试。然后,根据现场实测数据及设计图纸资料,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立铁塔结构的有限元模型并进行分析。分析结果表明:铁塔工程的有限元模型动力特性计算结果和现场实测结果相比较接近,说明所建立的有限元模型可以满足工程需要,并可以为进一步分析提供基础。最后,对该有限元模型在设计荷载作用下进行静动力响应分析,计算结果表明:铁塔结构各构件的抗力和作用效应之比均大于1.0,说明该铁塔工程在目前状况下其承载能力可以满足正常使用要求。
In this paper, the testing items and testing methods of the tower steel structure project are discussed. Firstly, the on-site inspection of the slope, size, coating thickness, connection quality and other parameters of a tower project, combined with the method of environmental stimulation, Perform dynamic test. Then, based on the field test data and design drawings, the finite element model of the tower was established and analyzed by ANSYS finite element software. The analysis results show that the calculated results of the dynamic characteristics of the finite element model of the tower project are close to those of the field test, which shows that the finite element model can meet the engineering needs and provide the foundation for further analysis. Finally, the static and dynamic response analysis of the finite element model under the design load is carried out. The calculation results show that the ratio of the resistance and the effect of each component of the tower structure is greater than 1.0, which indicates that the load capacity of the tower can meet the requirements under the current conditions Normal use requirements.
