食物多样、谷类为主 人类的食物是多种多样的。基本食物分成五大类:谷类及薯类、动物性食物、豆类及其制品、蔬菜水果类、油糖酒等纯热能食物。各种食物所含的营养成分不尽相同,而平衡膳食必须由多种食物组成,才能满足人体的各种营养需要。我国以谷类为主的传统膳食结构是有其优点的,因此可以保持。注意广泛食用五大类食物,各类食物中也要注意经常变换品种。
Variety of food, cereal-based human food is diverse. Basic food is divided into five categories: cereals and potatoes, animal foods, beans and their products, fruits and vegetables, oil, sugar, alcohol and other pure heat food. Various foods contain different nutrients, and balanced diet must be composed of a variety of foods to meet the nutritional needs of the human body. The traditional cereal-based dietary structure in our country has its advantages and can therefore be maintained.
