针对当前汽车动力性测试方法单一且结果可分析性差的问题,依据虚拟仪器技术建立了汽车动力性测试系统。系统以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,配以笔记本电脑、传感器、信号调理卡和数据采集卡,可实现对汽车动力性的测试,包括实时车速、路程零到百公里加速时间以及最高车速的显示。通过对该系统进行实际实验和结果误差分析来验证系统的可行性与实用性。结果表明该系统性能稳定、复现性能良好,能较精确地反映测试实验数据。
Aiming at the problem that the current automobile dynamic test method is single and the result is poorly analyzable, a vehicle dynamic test system is established according to the virtual instrument technology. The system uses LabVIEW as a software development platform with laptops, sensors, signal conditioning and data acquisition cards to test automotive dynamics, including real-time speed, acceleration from zero to 100km and maximum speed display. The feasibility and practicability of the system are verified by actual experiments and error analysis of the system. The results show that the system has stable performance and good reproducibility, which can reflect the experimental data more accurately.
