目的 :探索低剂量 X线全身照射对移植性肝癌增殖细胞核抗原表达的影响。方法 :采用不同剂量的低剂量单次全身照射接种腹水型肝癌的小白鼠 ,荷瘤 1个月后处死小鼠称瘤重量 ,并用 SP免疫组化染色法检测癌组织中 PCNA的表达。结果 :75 m Gy组的平均瘤重量最低 ,其 PCNA表达率最低 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :适量的低剂量 X线(75 m Gy)全身照射能使肿瘤组织的 PCNA表达降低 ,可能通过抑制 PCNA来抑制肿瘤的浸润和转移
Objective: To explore the effect of low-dose X-ray total body irradiation on the expression of PCNA in transplanted hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Mice were inoculated with low dose single dose whole body irradiation of ascitic hepatocellular carcinoma at different doses for 1 month. The mice were sacrificed and the tumor weight was measured. The expression of PCNA was detected by SP immunohistochemistry. Results: The average tumor weight of 75 m Gy group was the lowest, and the expression rate of PCNA was the lowest, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Moderate low-dose X-ray (75 m Gy) whole body irradiation can reduce the expression of PCNA in tumor tissue and may inhibit the invasion and metastasis of tumor by inhibiting PCNA
