作者报导自1959～1972年期间临床X线观察的90例糖尿病性骨关节病。并着重介绍5个病例:2例类似于缺血性坏死,3例作病理检查,其中1例证实为缺血性坏死。临床所见:男性52例(56％),女性38例(42％),发病年龄为25岁～78岁,平均年龄为55岁。病程18个月～43年,平均为18年。11例用降低血糖药物治疗,79例用胰岛素治疗,平均每天剂量为45单位。55例(61％)并有糖尿病的其它并发症:肾病,视网膜病 The authors report 90 cases of diabetic osteoarthropathy observed from 1959 to 1972 in clinical X-ray. Five cases were emphatically introduced: two cases were similar to ischemic necrosis and three cases were pathological examination. One case was confirmed as ischemic necrosis. Clinical findings: 52 males (56%), 38 females (42%), the age of onset was 25 years old to 78 years old, with an average age of 55 years. Course of 18 months to 43 years, an average of 18 years.
