Provisions on the Administration of Overseas Foreign Exchange Accounts Article 1 In order to improve the administration of overseas foreign exchange accounts with domestic institutions, the Provisions are hereby formulated in accordance with the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Foreign Exchange Administration and the Provisions on the Administration of Foreign Exchange Sales and Purchase of Foreign Exchange.
