了解心肌梗塞的范围,对治疗和预后的判定是极其重要的。~(99)mTc-PYP 心肌闪烁图可以检出心肌梗塞,不仅能显示梗塞灶的存在,而且目前还用于评价梗塞范围,但不能获得满意的结果。本文报告了用PYP 闪烁计数法定量评价梗塞大小的方法。对象:急性前壁梗塞(包括侧壁梗塞1例)10例及急性下壁梗塞(包括合并右室梗塞者4例)10例。方法:于梗塞发生后3~5天(平均4.6天),静脉注射~(99m)Tc-PYP20mCi,约3小时后,从正、侧、右前斜位和左前斜位(30°、40°、60°)六个方向拍摄PYP闪烁图。在心肌梗塞灶与骨组织重叠最少的正位图象
To understand the scope of myocardial infarction, the determination of treatment and prognosis is extremely important. ~ (99) mTc-PYP myocardial scintigraphy can detect myocardial infarction, not only can show the presence of infarction, and is currently used to assess infarct size, but can not get satisfactory results. This article reports a method for quantitative assessment of infarct size using the PYP scintillation counting method. Subjects: Acute anterior infarction (including 1 case of lateral infarction) in 10 cases and acute inferior wall infarction (including 4 cases with right ventricular infarction) in 10 cases.
