采用等离子弧堆焊机将Fe5自熔堆焊合金堆焊在低碳钢表面,研究了堆焊电流对其堆焊层组织和性能的影响规律。结果表明,当堆焊电流为180A时,堆焊层性能取得最佳值,其硬度最高,磨损量最小。
The welding of Fe5 self-fluxing alloy on the surface of mild steel was carried out by plasma arc welding machine. The influence of welding current on the microstructure and properties of overlay was studied. The results show that when the welding current is 180A, the performance of the overlay is the best, the hardness is the highest and the wear is the least.
