考试在大学教育过程中对教学活动具有极强的导向作用,科学的考试模式有利于人才培养目标的实现。《酒店服务心理学》课程,作为酒店管理专业(专科)必修课程,其课程考试的内容、形式都应为人才培养的目标服务,考试模式与教学内容、方法应相互配套,以充分发挥考试的功能、作用。因此,在积极进行课程教学模式改革的同时,必须关注课程考试模式的全面改革,从而更好地推动课程教学与人才培养方案的无缝对接。
Examination in the process of university education has a very strong guiding role in teaching activities, scientific examination mode is conducive to the realization of personnel training objectives. “Hotel Service Psychology” course, as a hotel management specialty (specialist) compulsory courses, the content and form of the course examinations should be for the goal of personnel training, test mode and teaching content, methods should be complementary to each other to give full play to the examination function. Therefore, while actively carrying out the reform of the curriculum teaching mode, we must pay attention to the overall reform of the curriculum examination mode so as to better promote the seamless connection between the curriculum teaching and the personnel training programs.
