The phenomenon of electroluminescence is the phenomenon that light is emitted only by the direct action of an electric field after a potential difference is applied to the light emitter. This phenomenon is currently found in three types. One is the luminescence of the electron-type and hole-type semiconductor junctions. This was discovered by Lao Xiu in 1923. He found that when the current passed through the silicon carbide crystal, yellow or orange light was seen on the crystal surface near the electrode. The other is that a single crystal (for example, zinc sulfide) emits light between metal electrodes. Yet another is the luminescence of a powdered luminescent material placed in an electric field. As shown in FIG. 1 , the luminescent material is mixed with the insulating oil, and the mixture is evenly distributed between two parallel transparent insulating plates, and two electrodes are sandwiched on the outer wall of the insulating plate. At least one of these two electrodes
