汽车车身工程的形成和发展始于汽车工业的后期。因此,车身设计是一个年轻的专业。从当前国内外汽车工业发展情况看,车身设计在汽车工业中所占的地位越来越重要,它不仅反映汽车工业的水平,同时也决定了产品在市场上的竞争能力。而车身设计又是一个繁杂漫长的过程。所以,如何缩短车身设计的周期就越来越引起设计人员的重视。在国外,随着大型电子计算机的应用,车身工程已发展到用计算机辅助设计和制造的阶段,这样就大大地缩短了产品设计周期,为产品的更新换代和市场竞争创造了条件。但在我国目前情况下,特别是对一些中小厂,由于各种条件所限,用计算机辅助设计一时还办不到。因此,从实际出发,因地制宜地采用其它方法加速车身设计仍有现实意义。基于这个观点,本文对车身设计中的仿形问题提出看法和解决措施。
The formation and development of automobile body engineering started in the later stage of automobile industry. Therefore, the body design is a young professional. From the current development of the automobile industry at home and abroad, the body design occupies an increasingly important position in the automobile industry. It not only reflects the level of the automobile industry, but also determines the competitiveness of products in the market. The body design is a complicated and lengthy process. Therefore, how to shorten the cycle of the body design more and more arouse the attention of designers. Abroad, with the application of large-scale computer, body engineering has been developed to computer-aided design and manufacturing stage, thus greatly reducing the product design cycle, creating conditions for product replacement and market competition. However, under the current situation in our country, especially for some small and medium-sized factories, due to various conditions and limitations, computer-aided design can not be done for a time. Therefore, proceeding from reality, adopting other methods to accelerate the body design according to the local conditions is still of practical significance. Based on this view, this article puts forward the opinions and the solutions to the profiling problems in the body design.
