针对现有数控监测设备使用中存在的问题,结合信号处理技术,提出一种基于虚拟仪器构建的在线监测平台的方法。阐述了虚拟仪器的特点,在此基础上开发了一个以计算机为支撑平台的多路数据采集系统与信号分析处理、管理系统,并介绍了系统的监测原理、方法和软硬件的功能结构。该测试系统实现了信号的多路采集、动态显示、实时分析处理和基于数据库的数据存储,因此提高了数控转塔冲床的整体性能。最后,利用虚拟信号发生器产生信号源并对其进行采集与分析,验证了系统的正确性。
Aiming at the existing problems in the use of existing CNC monitoring equipment and combining with signal processing technology, a method of online monitoring platform based on virtual instrument is proposed. The characteristics of the virtual instrument are expounded. Based on this, a multi-channel data acquisition system and signal analysis processing and management system based on computer are developed. The monitoring principle, method and hardware and software functional structure of the system are also introduced. The test system realizes multi-channel signal acquisition, dynamic display, real-time analysis and processing and database-based data storage, thus improving the overall performance of CNC turret punch press. Finally, the use of virtual signal generator generates signal source and its acquisition and analysis, verify the correctness of the system.
