目的:探讨岗位管理在手术室护理管理中的实践效果。方法:选取余姚市人民医院手术室2014年4月~2016年3月期间的45名护理人员作为研究对象,其中2015年4月~2016年3月实施岗位管理期间作为观察组,2014年4月~2015年3月未实施岗位管理期间作为对照组。比较两组护士工作满意度及医生、患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组MMSS各项评分均明显高于对照组,护理人员工作满意度明显更高(P<0.01)。观察组医生和患者对护理工作的满意度分别为93.33%、95.00%,对照组分别为73.33%、86.00%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室护理管理中应用岗位管理,能提高护理人员积极性和工作满意度,从而提升整体护理质量。
Objective: To explore the practical effect of post management in operating room nursing management. Methods: A total of 45 nurses in the operating room of Yuyao People’s Hospital from April 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects. During April 2015 to March 2016, 45 nurses were employed as the observation group during the post management period and April 2014 ~ 2015 March did not implement post management as a control group. The job satisfaction of two nurses and the satisfaction of doctors and patients to the nursing work were compared. Results: The scores of MMSS in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the job satisfaction of nursing staff was significantly higher (P <0.01). The satisfaction rate of the doctors and patients in the observation group was 93.33% and 95.00% respectively, while that in the control group was 73.33% and 86.00% respectively. The observation group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of post management in operating room nursing management can improve the enthusiasm of nurses and job satisfaction so as to enhance the overall quality of nursing care.
