目的探讨高尿酸血症小鼠模型复制过程中出现的影响因素并对解决这些影响因素进行分析。方法用次黄嘌呤加氧嗪酸钾复制高尿酸血症模型,在复制过程中,就动物的种类、性别、给药的途径、剂量,血尿酸值、测尿酸选时等进行观察比较。结果经模型复制发现,由于动物的种类、性别、给药的途径、剂量不同等因素,会给模型复制产生不同的影响。结论由于多种因素的影响,次黄嘌呤加氧嗪酸钾复制高尿酸血症模型时应引起注意。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors in the process of hyperuricemia mouse model replication and to analyze these influencing factors. Methods Hyperuricemia model was induced by hypoxanthine and oteracil potassium. During the process of replication, we observed and compared animal species, sex, route of administration, dosage, serum uric acid level and uric acid test. Results The results of model duplication showed that the effects on animal model replication were different due to different animal species, sex, route of administration and dosage. Conclusion Due to a variety of factors, attention should be paid to hypoxemic hyperosmia model when hypoxanthine plus oxotin potassium is duplicated.
