1973年Phillips 报道了经导管血管内电凝(TCEC)的动物实验结果。十几年来,许多人对此方法作了不少改进,并已应用于临床。TCEC 的电源有交流、直流两种。交流电凝的原理是电流通过组织时产生高温,使电极周围组织的蛋白质变性、凝固。但交流电的电流大小和通电时间不易掌握,易发生血肿,血管破裂、穿通等并发症。故有关研究甚少,本文主要综述有关直流电的应用情况。
In 1973 Phillips reported the results of animal experiments on transcatheter endovascular coagulation (TCEC). More than a decade, many people made a lot of improvements to this method, and has been applied to clinical. TCEC power AC, DC two. AC coagulation principle is generated when the current through the tissue temperature, the protein around the electrode denatured, coagulation. However, the current size of the AC current and power is not easy to grasp, prone to hematoma, rupture of blood vessels, penetrating and other complications. Therefore, little research is done. This article mainly reviews the application of DC.
