构建完善的评价指标体系,是建筑节能工作实施的基础,为编制节能改造计划和实施方案提供方向,有利于推进既有居住建筑节能改造工作的开展。.本文结合湖南省气候特点,参考相关居住建筑节能设计标准,构建了湖南省既有居住建筑节能综合评价指标体系,该指标体系分为3个层次:以既有居住建筑节能综合评价为目标层;下设准则层包含五项综合指标:建筑设计、围护结构性能、建筑设备能效、室内舒适度、建筑运行与管理;因素层细分为13个具体指标。该体系运用层次分析法确定各个评价指标的权重,给出综合评价指数的计算模型。
Constructing a perfect evaluation index system is the basis for the implementation of building energy conservation, providing direction for the preparation of energy-saving renovation plans and implementation plans, and promoting the energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings. According to the climate characteristics of Hunan Province and referring to the design standards for energy efficiency of residential buildings, this paper constructs an index system of comprehensive evaluation of energy saving for existing residential buildings in Hunan Province. The index system is divided into three levels: Taking the comprehensive evaluation of existing residential buildings as the target ; Under the guideline layer contains five comprehensive indicators: architectural design, building envelope performance, energy efficiency of construction equipment, indoor comfort, building operation and management; factor layer is divided into 13 specific indicators. The system uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation index, and gives the calculation model of comprehensive evaluation index.
