实验结果提出了如何确定热交换器中带有纵向鳍片管子的对流传热和压降特性的报告。确立了烟气横向流动时对雷诺数和管子纵、横方向节距的影响,以及对鳍片高度的作用。精确计算鳍片管束所需要的数据和一些至今尚无法利用的数据都已用图表或方程的形式给出;它们对于在锅炉上设计鳍片管受热面是会有所帮助的。通过长期的持续试验,污染对传热和压降的影响也经测定,并列出了这些试验的结果。
The results of the experiment propose how to determine the convective heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of a tube with longitudinal fins in a heat exchanger. The influence of the horizontal flow of flue gas on the Reynolds number and the longitudinal and transverse pipe pitch and the effect on the height of the fins are established. The data needed to accurately calculate finned tube bundles and some data that have so far not been available are given in the form of graphs or equations; they may be helpful in designing finned tube heating surfaces on boilers. The effects of contamination on heat transfer and pressure drop were also determined through long-term continuous testing and the results of these tests are listed.
